Client Materials, Client Deliverables and third-party materials are not claimed as Affirmed-owned merely because they appear on an Affirmed property. Contractual ownership and licence rules are contained in clauses 19 and 24 of the Affirmed Legal Framework.

Nothing in this Notice restricts any use permitted by applicable law, including applicable copyright exceptions and fair dealing.
